Yes. We offer flexible installment payment plans for selected travel and Umrah packages. Customers may choose between 2 times payments or up to 11 times monthly installments depending on the package and payment eligibility. Please contact our team for full installment details and payment arrangements.

If the booking has been confirmed under the client’s name, the following cancellation charges will apply based on the notice period before departure, regardless and subject to the cancellation policy, airline rules, hotel policies, and supplier terms: • More than 60 days before departure: 20% of the total package price • Between 60 to 31 days before departure: 75% of the total package price plus RM200 administration fee • 30 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

Changes may be possible depending on airline and hotel availability. Additional charges may apply.
